By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What this site does today
Right now, The New Scale is a pre-launch page. You can browse it and submit your email to join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist isn't a purchase, a reservation, or a commitment of any kind — it just means we'll email you when we launch. Joining doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or any specific feature at launch.
3. Your responsibilities
- Submit an email address that's actually yours to reach.
- Don't use the waitlist form to submit other people's email addresses without their consent.
- Don't attempt to abuse, automate, or spam the signup form.
4. Intellectual property
The New Scale name, logo, branding, page design, and all content on this site (including the screenshots shown as social proof) belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without our consent.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from this site
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or the waitlist
- Impersonate another person when signing up
6. No guarantees before launch
This site is provided "as is" while we're in the coming-soon phase. Launch date, pricing, and features shown or implied here are subject to change without notice before the full site goes live.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, including a change in launch date, pricing, or features.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves — most notably once accounts, courses, and payments go live. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
