1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for the Upwork Bootcamp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't register.

2. What you're buying

Your registration covers a seat in the current Upwork Bootcamp cohort: live training delivered through Discord, plus access to a private WhatsApp community for updates and communication. Payment is one-time — there are no recurring subscriptions. The price is 99 TND. The exact cohort start date will be announced before the cohort begins.

3. Payment & verification

Payments are verified manually. You submit proof of payment via Bank transfer, D17, Crypto (USDT, TRC20), or La Poste Tunisienne, and your registration is confirmed once the payment is reviewed and approved. Submitting false or altered payment proof is a violation of these terms and may result in your registration being rejected or revoked without a refund.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before requesting a refund so we can understand the issue — we'd rather fix a problem than lose a student.

5. No guaranteed results

The Bootcamp teaches practical steps for getting started and finding work on Upwork, based on real, personal experience. It does not guarantee any specific income, number of clients, or outcome — your results depend on your own skill, effort, and the market. Nothing on this page or in the Bootcamp is a promise of earnings.

6. Conduct

• You're responsible for keeping any account or login credentials you're given secure.
• Be respectful in the community (Discord and WhatsApp). We reserve the right to remove access for abusive behavior.
• Training materials shared with you are for your personal use — don't redistribute or resell them.

7. Intellectual property

All Bootcamp training content and branding belong to The New Scale. Registering gives you a license to use the material for your own learning — not ownership of it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Bootcamp evolves. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
